Nothing but 10 stars for John Phelps and his tenant broker company.  Was Phelp’s first Houston client in 2010.  In two weeks he found us a premier location that the previous broker had not in more than a year.  Since then, he has been the Today’s Vision broker and found/handled almost 20 new office location start-ups.   The fact he only represents tenants allows him to be aggressive for his clients — vs. the normal broker who does not do this because he may have properties to lease as well.   If you want the best tenant broker in Houston, contact Phelps & Frias Commercial Realty.
