Alexander Frias is a fluent Spanish speaker and a native of Houston, Texas with a MBA and BBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas. He is Senior Vice President of Development at Phelps & Frias Commercial Realty, a Texas licensed commercial real estate brokerage firm. Alexander has several years of real estate experience specializing in medical representation working with tenants, buyers, and medical transitions. Focusing on purchase/ lease negotiations, property acquisitions, and new construction/ground-up projects. Alexander uses his experience and background in the Texas market to identify and analyze locations, mitigate risk, and negotiate the best possible terms for his clients success.  When not working you will find him running, golfing or on the tennis court.
