Although, we do not offer legal advice, we work in conjunction with you and your attorney to ensure all the business points are incorporated into your lease. If needed, we can recommend several attorneys who specialize in medical lease review and healthcare real estate.
After your lease has been executed and permits have been obtained, you can begin your buildout. It is so exciting to see your vision come to life one step at a time! If needed, we can recommend several healthcare-specific contractors who have proved to be invaluable resources to our clients.
